Postage/Shipping:

We normally ship to most parts of UK. We will NOT ship to Scottish Highlands, Channel and Offshore Islands and N.Ireland. Products will be sent via courier for next working day. There's no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.

Collections from our trade counters are not possible for eBay listed items.

For overseas customers. Please contact us to quote for delivery. We can deliver to most European countries. And we also ship to overseas customers by eBay Global Shipping Program.

Courier deliveries. We use a national network of couriers. Most of the deliveries arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch.

We accept PayPal only via eBay Secure Check-Out.

Payment by Paypal is preferred for immediate dispatch. Payment needs to be arranged within 5 days of auction ending, or an unpaid item dispute will be opened per eBay policy. We do not accept cheques /postal orders.

We offer 30 Day Return for all of our items. But do not accept home returns. Returns are only accepted for faulty goods in which case a replacement or repair will be offered. A refund will only be offered where a replacement or repair is not available. This does not influence your statutory rights. For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 30 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will then issue you with a RMA number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. We will refund the return minimal postage costs for sending the items back to us, usually second class post if the item is confirmed as faulty.
