RETURNS

All products purchased from Trade-Alley come with varying warranties. However, there are odd occasions where item do not work as intended or get damaged in transit. If this should happen, please contact our Customer Service Team through the eBay Messaging Centre and give a full detailed description of your claim, as well as your Order Number (if applicable). 

Depending on your claim, our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your warranty claim with the minimum inconvenience to you.

Please note that replacement goods cannot be shipped until stock in question is returned. All returned stock must be accompanied with an RA (Return Authorisation) Number.

In the event that we are out of stock, a full refund, credit or exchange can be provided.

We mainly use Australia Post with tracking.  Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and handling your order. In most cases we ship within one business day of receipt of order.

Your location within Australia will determine the length of time before your delivery arrives. Depending on location delivery times vary from 1 to 10 days and in remote areas it may be a little more. The majority of our orders arrive within 3-4 business days of placing your order.

Trade-Alley is the retail arm of BBE Automatics.

BBE Automatics commenced operations in Glen Eira Road, Elsternwick in 1972 and is highly regarded by its automotive peers. Our expertise is relied upon by some of the industry’s biggest name:Repco, RACV, NRMA & AAMI to name a few. Additionally, the motor trade including new and used car dealers, automotive workshops and private motorists alike have been putting their trust in BBE’s expertise in automatic transmission and torque converter repairs and changeovers since our inception.

Quality assurance at BBE is paramount. We have recently purchased state of the art automatic transmission dynamometer. This new generation automatic transmission testing equipment is electrically driven and is much more environmentally friendly. It has quiet, vibration-free running which allows the operator to ascertain the noise level within the transmission and torque converter assembly.

This machine eliminates human error by checking each transmission before it leaves our premises. The test equipment engages the automatic transmission into total operation mode and also collates the data acquisition of critical parameters: Line Pressure – Input & Output torque & speed and Cooler flow.

BBE stocks a wide range of changeover automatic transmission units and components. Our remanufactured transmissions are considered amongst the top of the range in the industry. BBE ensures that industry standards and original manufacturers’ specifications are strictly adhered to.
