The 4 hooks should be placed into 4 holes if it doesn’t fit and keeps falling off.

Kindly follow these steps

1. Grab the clip and then press down the button up which is located at the back of the holder.

2. After step 1 rotate the 4 holes where the top hole is facing towards downside

3. In that position the bottom hole will be facing upwards

4. Then push the stand into the holes where 4 hooks should place into 4 holes,

5. Then push it towards left side which should secure and lock the stand into the clip

6. Then close the button facing down from step 1

Returns Policy
If unfortunately you have received a damaged item, which may have occurred during transit, or received a faulty item, we will try to resolve this issue as soon as we can by either investigating or getting courier company to investigate any damage goods which may take up to 30 hours. Please try to notify us as soon as you discover it is faulty or if it is damaged then we can refund or exchange the item. Any costs in returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer unless it is our fault.

If you would like to return an item that you no longer require, please make sure that the item is in the same original condition as you received it with the original packaging, and that it has not been used. any unopened Items will be inspected for faults or damages. Please return the item within 30 working days for a full refund and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs. kindly include your ebay name and reason for returning the item. we will only refund if the item is returned.

Free Return is possible only if Buyer keeps the Original Packing with them.
If In Case Buyer lost the Packaging, then He/She will be Responsible for the Return of the Postage Cost.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the product, a refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival and item must be returned back in its original condition and unused condition.

Exchange/Replacement

Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us within 30 days of product arrival. You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
If the exchange is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be responsible to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the new item.

Reporting Faults

All our items are brand new.

We do have quality checks before an item is sent to you, but sometimes manufacturing faults do occur. We are not responsible for a any manufacturer fault found in the product; however we will be more than happy to replace the faulty item. We must be informed of any faulty goods within 24-48 hours of receipt or claim can not be processed.

Please make sure the fault relates to a manufacturing fault and not fault occurred due to daily usage or carelessness.handling and wear and tear is not covered in returns policy therefore if the item is used for over 1 week or more there returns will not be accepted for those items.

The faulty item must be returned back to us before we can post you a replacement or refund.

Sending Items Process

Please include eBay ID, full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Delivery certificate from Post Office, otherwise if an item does not reach us we will not be able to offer you a refund.
We will refund once we receive the item and not before.

Postage Option:
Majority of our items are FREE postage, sent with Royal Mail 1st Class (No Tracking). however there are many other postage options available in check out

Within UK
For Guaranteed delivery PLEASE choose the Recorded Delivery option for total Peace of mind at a few pence more. On rare occasions Royal Mail can misplace/lose your item. Check our Recorded Delivery prices or signed for prices for any urgent deliveries.

Overseas outside UK
Please Note

There are many different prices for different countries. Please note economy deliveries are sent by royal mail without tracking and can take between 7 working days to 21 working days depending on country location. If item is lost then it can be investigated Only after 21 working days as we do not have any control.
if you know you will like to get it as soon as possible kindly go for express delivery which will be a tracked delivery.

For Overseas guaranteed delivery please choose the Royal Mail Express option as then we can provide tracking number, and easy for your customs and postal services to get the items to you Any other postage methods you choose will mean we are not responsible for any loss that may occur, this is contractual at the time you select payment & postage on the eBay Cart.

Tracked Parcels:
Please note as we do not work for My Hermes or royal mail we can not give you the correct delivery time. We will dispatch all orders on same day as per order and any tracking information will be updated accordingly. Please note checking tracking information is buyers' responsibility and its your responsibility to keep a track on the tracking information .

My Hermes attempts delivery 3 times . If failed on 3rd attempt they will send the item back to the seller and charge returning fee of 3 pounds which means this will be charged to the buyer. The buyer will only then get remaining 3 pounds or can pay extra 3 pounds postage for a replacement. We do not hold any responsibilities for this.

Royal mail Deliveries

We dispatch all items on same day as per order. We have two different times for deliveries for normal post: one at 11 pm and end of the day at 5 pm for all same day deliveries.

However as we do not work for royal mail therefore even first class stamped deliveries can take 1 to 2 working days and some times longer by royal mail which we have no control over. Most of our deliveries are delivered next day as we aim to provide this type of service.
