Free next day delivery refers to next working day and is subject to cleared payment being received before 2.30pm. Unfortunately shaded areas take 2-3 days to deliver, there is no 24 hour service from our providers.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address on the day of delivery to receive and sign for the goods. For heavy items the courier may require assistance unloading the parcel.
We strongly recommend leaving a mobile number at checkout so that you receive your expected delivery time of your parcel, which will be a 1 hour window.

All our products are in stock and shipped same-day if the order is placed before 2.30pm. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (Bank Holiday's excepted).

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should message our customer service team through eBay to inform them that you wish to return the item
In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself)
In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges
Please always return your items with a copy or the original invoice. This will speed the process of closing your return.

If your item is returned for other
reasons like ‘Defective’ and is found not to
be the case then these will also face the same

We are talking with eBay to make a
more sensible option to exchange/swap
an item rather than refunding &
having to buy again, especially now that the
PayPal fee is not refunded. Until they
make this option we will try work around
it but there may be a short delay in sorting
it.
This is a decision that was
not taken lightly and we don’t agree with it but
PayPal are not going to
move on this so fingers crossed when eBay role out
their new eBay Payment option with them & not PayPal we may be able to
drop this commission Refund
