Postal costs are applied only for UK mainland excluding NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND OR SCILLY, unless contacted before the auction and agree. This only applies to items sent by Parcelforce, CityLink and MyHermes. There is no surcharge if the item is being posted using Royal Mail. We don’t post anything outside EU, We use Royal Mail for delivery, depending on postage service someone may need to be in to sign for the item. If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. When a parcel leaves us, it leaves in perfect condition, When received if there is any damage to the parcel or packaging this would have happened whilst in transit, So please take a time to inspect your parcel before signing for it as no claims can be made if you accept a damaged parcel and don't sign for it as damaged., If you don’t have time to inspect the item please sign for it as unchecked, In the unlikely event of a item being faulty, when returning to us please ensure you include the item number in with the parcel as well as a description of the fault and your return address, failure to do this will result in a delay in replacing the item.. We will not accept items back if they are not in their original packaging. If an item is sent back and found not to be faulty then a 10% re testing/listing fee will be charged, Under no circumstances will return postage be refunded. We will only issue a refund for a item if we can’t offer a exact replacement, refunds are for the final ebay price and not for the postage. All items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
Please always contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We will try to resolve all issues in best way however to protect our good name and achieved ebay rating, we will take legal action against any unfair, libellous or defamatory negative feedbacks.
