These soft, silky and supple rubber gloves from Latex Essence, the original custom latex chlorination company and a well established producer of chlorinated rubber latex clothing, need no talcum powder or liquid lubricant.

Chlorination produces smooth and silky feeling inner and outer surface layers more resistant to the harmful effects of body oils and acids that cause progressive cracking and the eventual breakdown of unprotected latex. Chlorination beneficially improves the usability of latex clothing by reducing its surface friction coefficient, in effect, it takes away the tacky gripping texture and creates a silky surface finish.

Not only does chlorination remove the need for dressing aids like talcum powder or liquid lubricant but it also has the benefit of preventing degradation by chemicals and the effects of the atmosphere.

Each pair of gloves is supplied in a ziplok bag with my branded care and storage instructions and the packaging I provide is suitable for the long term storage of your gloves.

All external packaging is plain, discreet, strong and displays no information regarding the contents. The only exceptions to this are for customs documentation for deliveries outside the EU which I am required to fill out by law and in this case the customs slip will only state "Gloves".

Shipping Prices - Combined postage is available. For UK orders up to five pairs can be sent for the quoted price of £4.40. For International orders each extra pair costs £2.75 to ship. In the UK orders are sent by "Royal Mail First Class Recorded" and Internationally by "Royal Mail International Signed For" or "Airsure" services depending on availability to your location.

How to measure your hand.

Wrap a measuring tape around your hand just below the knuckles and fingers as shown in the photograph, exclude the thumb. This measurement is your correct glove size.

To account for the stretch inherent in latex you may then want to subtract an half an inch or so from this measurement according to how snug you would like the gloves to feel.
