Payment
All items, regardless of the color you choose, come embroidered with the design pictured and advertised in this listing. Blank items are shown to advertise the colors available. If you'd like an item sent blank or changed in any way please send us a message at checkout as to what you'd like. As soon as payment is received, the item will be put into production. It may take up to 4 business days for the item to ship from the date of payment so immediate payment is helpful to you and to us. We prefer Paypal but other forms of payment are available upon request.
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service to ship all items. Fixed Price items will ship approximately 4 business days after payment. Shipping options include First Class Mail or the Rush Charge service using Priority Mail. All items purchased using the Priority Mail Option will be expedited and moved to the front of our production line. Most Domestic First Class packages arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Most Domestic Priority Mail packages arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. Most First Class International packages arrive 7-14 business days after shipping.
Terms of Sale
Returns are accepted for items that have not been customized only. We are happy to add customizations to any of our designs but please understand that it means we cannot take it as a return later. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and because we offer free shipping on all of our Fixed Price items, a 10% restocking fee is nonrefundable when the item is received back.

We quickly found our place in the Rochester, NY community as a wholesale embroiderer and now we have finally returned to our retail roots with our very own online store! We are a US based embroidery company in Rochester, NY, where we've been since we opened our doors over 30 years ago. Making your clothes and apparel look good is what we do and it's all we do.
