The Logitech cradle doesn't work well to charge your remote battery. I know this because I own a Harmony 880. I love the remote but the charger isn't very good so be sure it is your battery that is the problem and not the charger. See my other auctions for replacement chargers and batteries.

Stay away from any batteries on ebay where you can't see the contacts. Most of these batteries are cell phone batteries. If they have 4 contacts or a split in the center contact they are not compatible with logitech remotes and they will not charge with your OEM cradle. My batteries are fully compatible with the OEM cradle.
Stay away from any batteries that state they are NEW with minor storage or shipping damage. THESE ARE USED. When Li-ion batteries get old and worn they swell and the battery rubs on the case creating scratches. Other ebay sellers pass these off as new.
Stay away from batteries from China. Shipping time takes at least 3 Weeks. I ship from California and it only takes several days for shipping (please read my feedback). Shipping cost to China to return an item even if they let you is very expensive |
