**after  years of selling on here, USPS first class package went from $1.49 (Jan, 2006) to $2.67 effective 1/17/16.  After not increasing my s/h charge throughout all of the increases, I decided to up combined from .10/item to .18/item.  If you purchase any old listings at the .10 combined rate and want to combine with the .18 rate, I'll honor the lower rate.  Pinching penny's here but just want to do what is fair for you and keep things reasonable.
