Die Adapter sind passgenau nur das sie um 1mm Differenz haben, das heisst das die Zange zur Bremsscheibe nicht ganz mittig sind .

Brake caliper adapter on front axle of BMW E36 (all models except M3) for the conversion to the large Porsche Boxter S 4 piston brake calipers, combined with the BMW E46 M3 CSL 345x28 mm brake discs.

Rims of at least 18 inch is required. With this adapter, you can also have 17 inch rims with BMW E46 discs in 325x28, but for this, the brake caliper of the Porsche must be adapted to the contact surface.

Required components:

brake caliper: Porsche Boxter S, reference left 996.351.425 + right 996.351.426
brake disc: BMW E46 M3 CSL 345x28 mm
The brake pad must be slightly chamfered at the upper edge, as there is a slight overhang. It doesn't go any lower for reasons of stability

Tips, information and hints:

For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers.
Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage.
