We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends. PicStop's main warehouse & base is in Staffordshire in the UK where the vast majority of products are shipped from, we do also have two other warehouses in Europe where we ship goods from too.

Free Delivery is a 5-7 working day service, normally our deliveries arrive within a few working days as you can see from our positive feedback. For International delivery please allow 5 to 15 working days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the 14th full day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.

To return an item:

1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.

2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu.

3. We will reply with our returns form and the Address to return the item to. We offer a FREEPOST address for faulty goods.

4. Securely Package the goods to be returned & ensure a completed returns form is also included.

We advise that valuable goods are Insured, sent on a "signed for" service, lower value goods - request a proof of posting from your carrier. Please post the goods to the Address Specified after returns authority request (point 2.)
