Problems. Call 845-520-6096. If we don't receive a call apparently there is no problem. We address all problems. Missing parts etc are taken care of as quickly as possible.

Overseas. Delays! Yes they happen. We can send ten packages to France on the same day. Eight will get there in a week. One will take two weeks. The last one a month. We don't know why. Customs? Put on a different route? Whatever...just please show some patience. We are not here to steal your money. We want your business. Let common sense prevail. Call 001-845-520-6096 if you are worried.
