Core Charge:
A $100 core charge has been included in this price. The charge(or a portion of the charge) will be refunded back onto your original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of your core cylinder(s). Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core(s). Broken/cracked skirts, cracks into the ports, cylinder wall, & O-ring groove damage are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund. We do not accept cylinders that are cracked into the water jacket. Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund. Cores that are returned without the core return paper are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all. If you have concerns about the condition of your cylinder, message us with pictures. Cylinders are only eligible for a refund if they are of the same casting number as the cylinder purchased.

Restocking Fee:
In the event that you order the wrong part for your machine and it ships, or if you are making a return, there is a %15 restocking fee to account for inconvenience and labor. The item must be un-used and in original packaging/condition. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost for these returns, as well as the cost of shipping out another part if you are making an exchange. We will only cover those costs if your return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
