Carolina Reaper Chili
Latin name: Capsicum chinense cv. Carolina Reaper
Carolina Reaper is the current sharpest chili in the world.
With over 2 200 000 Scoville it has secured and entry in the Guinness book of records.
Its fruit is bell-shaped with tip, it surface is red and wavy. The plants become about 90 cm (35 in) high.
The name is composed of the area of origin (South Carolina) and of Grim Reaper.
