Complete set  - we have itinerised the set to make sure all pieces are there, all pieces have been accounted for, stickers have been applied.
This was a used set to the odd brick does have a small mark or dent (but certainly nothing bad).

Manual is in a well used condition, it does have a lot of creases, looks and feels quite worn, please see photos. Sorry no box.
