YouTube clip of amp - https://youtu.be/fcx7TseM0Hc

*The above clip was recorded with a Rode condenser microphone, not really suitable for that purpose, but I have no dynamic microphone so not the best audio quality. I also used a TC electronics reverb pedal, no other effects. Played through my PRS custom 22 with coil tap on (single coil mode)

A very nice sounding little amp, had comments of it sounding like an old Plexi when cranked, though I use it mainly for the clean sounds, that's where it shines for me.

The tone is best described as warm and vintage sounding.

The amp may only be 5watts, but 5watts of tube power is quite loud, its very loud considering output.

The amp can be run on 6L6 or 6V6 (running American 6L6) and also uses a JJ ECC83s valve.

8 and 16 ohm speaker outputs + headphone jack.

I purchased all the components from Aston electronics (apart from the new old stock tube) they do some great kits, check out their site - http://www.astonelectronics.co.uk/

All completely hand wired by myself, the case is all handmade by myself too, so it's a one off boutique amp.

The case material is faux leather, durable enough for home use, not ideal for gigging. The seam on bottom of amp is slightly off centre, that was my only issue with this build (I'm a bit of a perfectionist)

I built the amp around 5 or 6 years ago for my studio (colour choice was to match my studio) I had no intention to ever sell it, but needs must, unfortunately.

The components, case material and vintage tube cost me more than the asking price.

Comes with power lead.
