NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC

SPECIAL NATIONAL PRESS CLUB INAUGURAL ISSUE

JANUARY 29, 1966

This original and scarce National Geographic Parody was published to celebrate the inauguration of Windsor P. Booth as the President of the National Press Club on January 29, 1966.

Booth was on the editorial staff of National Geographic and the National Press Club so National Geographic took the opportunity to lampoon Booth with several humorous articles and photographs

Looking very much like the real National Geographic Magazine, this is a 20 page thin glossy paper back book in FINE condition, measuring 10" by 7" and is illustrated in full color of course, w/ naked natives and humorous captions.

This auction includes a 3 page National Geographic letter on the history of "Rigged Elections", also in FINE condition.

Please message any questions prior to bidding.
