PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER DETAILS AND IF NOT PLEASE FORWARD THE DETAILS VIA EBAY. TYRES WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED. IMPORTANT - TYRES CANNOT BE DELIVERED OR LEFT AT CUSTOMERS PREMISES WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. TYRES MAY NEED TO BE PICKED UP FROM DEPOT IF FIRST DELIVERY IS MISSED.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) All sales are final.

2) You are as a buyer/bidder completely responsible before entering a legally binding contract to ask all questions and make necessary enquiries.

3) Freight is delivered via Express ONLY.

4) Fitment is not guaranteed to non-standard vehicles. If modifications have been done to the vehicle it is the buyers/bidders responsibility to ask all necessary questions prior to purchasing.

5) The condition of all listed items is as described. If on the VERY RARE occasion a product arrives damaged it is the buyers responsibility to contact us within 24 Hours of receiving package otherwise all claims will be declared null and void.

6) Upon purchase please indicate method of payment to avoid confusion.

7) Upon purchase buyers have 3 days to pay for goods, unless picking up from store. If picking up we give you 5 days. If you exceed this duration, you will be sent a message. If payment is not given 24 hours after the message, purchase will be canceled, buyer will be reported, and negative feedback will be left.

8) We appreciate buyers leaving feedback. Please leave feedback once you receive goods and we will do the same. 

9) If picking up item, payment must be made in store. We accept only cash or EFTPOS card (savings or cheque). We do not accept any credit cards unless paying through PayPal. If paying through PayPal, goods must be dispatched to the registered address. Pick up is only available for buyers who pay in-store. If you want to pay via PayPal or direct deposit pick up is not available, hence items must be posted.

10) All specs of the tyre (IE load, speed rating etc) are listed above. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the tyres ordered are safe and permitted for use on  your vehicle.
