    • Null modem cables are used for Data transfer/communication between two computers. Often null modem cables are used to upload firmware/software upgrades to satellite boxes (check with the manufacturer).


    Refunds/Cancellations Notice - Regrettably since 2020 PayPal have introduced a policy that the fees that they collect for a transaction are no longer refunded to the seller (us) when we issue a refund/cancellation of an order.

    Therefore in situations where the customer has ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, or has provided a wrong delivery address, all refunds will be subject to this 4% fee because we sadly cannot get our fees back or refunded by PayPal. It gives us no pleasure in doing this and its simply because we see a daily occurrence of situations where customers may accidentally order the wrong item or provide us the wrong address and we're now being penalised by PayPal and unable to get those processing fees back.
