***Shipping*** All items are shipped via USPS - and tracking is provided. We
are NOT responsible for any package lost or stolen
after confirmed delivery. We will provide signature confirmation on any
package over $100 UPON REQUEST. We combined ship - the additional
shipping cost plus $1.00 an additional item.
Shipping Time Frame: We ship
Monday – Friday, any payments made after 11:59pm central time will be shipped
the following day. Please note we try our best to ship on Saturdays; however,
on rare occasions we will not be able to. (shipping on Saturdays will be at
9:30am)
International Shipping: We ship
internationally through the Global Shipping Program only.
Payments: Payment must be received
within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours a ‘close item case’
will be filed and the item will be relisted. At this time we only accept
payment through Pay-Pal. We do accept e-checks through
Pay-Pal however, please know the item will not be shipped until the
check has cleared.
Return Policy: We accept
returns on this item within 30 days of purchase date minus the
original cost of shipping. We will not accept returns over 30
days – NO EXCEPTIONS!! The purchaser will be responsible for returned shipping
and a 15% restocking fee. If item is returned within 10 days of purchase the
restocking fee will be waived. PLEASE NOTE – if item is not returned in
condition it was shipped, we reserve the right to only refund 50% of
original purchase price minus original shipping paid.
