All original Russian military blankets are now extremely rare, especially a new & unissued one for the Russian Submarine Force (NAVY) and Naval Infantry. This blanket is a perfect, soft wool blend (Wool, cotton flannel, and viscose {rayon} - 52%/23%/25%). MINT CONDITION --- no imperfections, and this one is mint from the manufacturer, along with the original tag!!!!!! HAS BLACK STRIPES, DENOTING NAVAL FORCES - SUBMARINES & and/or NAVAL INFANTRY.

Totally perfect! Mainly used in officer's bunks on nuclear submarines, but also used in Naval Infantry bases in the Arctic.
