- Shipped via USPS or DHL (depending on location and package weight)
- All items that we ship have a tracking number. You can find your tracking number by clicking on "My eBay" and scrolling down to your purchase with us. If your tracking number is available, it can be found there. If there is no tracking number and you feel your item should have shipped already please let us know and we will assist.

International Shipping

- Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 3days of your payment being processed. When we process your order, we will create and upload a tracking number. The tracking number will not show any activity until we ship your order and the carrier has actual possession of the package. Due to eBay and PayPal policy, we are required to have a signature on any order valued at 500.00 and above. Carrier shipping damage is the biggest factor of DOA products although very rare. We want you to be confident that in a rare instance, if damage occurs during shipping, we will take quick action by recalling the product back to our facility and ship you a replacement; all done free of charge to you. We insure all our products for their full value and handle all insurance claims at no additional cost to you. Please report any shipping damage immediately.

For Refunds: 
All returns for refund must be authorized by us within 30 days of the delivery date. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any returned item(s). However, S&H cost is not refundable.

For Replacements:
Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. We will only replace item(s) for the exact same item(s) during its warranty period.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: 
If you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by us and offered a suitable replacement or refund.

All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service when you send back to us.
