Return/exchange is available if dresses are damaged, incorrect or have imperfection.
All purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of items and in brand-new condition as you received them. Before you mail your item back to us, please contact us for return address and enclosed with your returned item -- item number, ebay ID and reason for return/exchange. Buyer need to take care return postage. Dresses which have been worn, altered or customized dresses can not be returned or exchanged. All returned gowns will have a 30% restocking fees applied from the full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 30% restocking fees. If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt is made to resolve the problem, we reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter and a return will no longer be accepted.
