This high quality hop rubber is made to be compatible with most standard AEG type barrels and hop units (please check your is compatible). You get best results when paired with an Omega nub. The contact patch has been designed in the shape of a wide flat diamond, when hop pressure is applied this part comes in contact with the BB and applied backspin.
The nub is made by a company called GPA, it's factory made from 75 shore rubber and gives a slightly better range of adjustment than the official nub which users often complain is too hard.
Please note, nubs are optional. Buckings do not come with nubs unless selected in the drop-down menu.
Recommended hardness / FPS combinations:
- 50 degree: 280-360 FPS
- 60 degree: 295-390 FPS
- 70 degree: 360-460 FPS
- 75 degree: 425-490 FPS
- 80 degree: 490 FPS up
