Recent new developments have dramatically improved the sustainability of the Mail Lite White and Gold mailers and you’ll see these differences appearing in your products over the next few weeks*. They will now be produced with the following enhancements: 

• PE coated paper replaced with non-coated Kraft Paper 

• AirCap bubble liner welded around the top, sides and bottom of the bags opposed to a full lamination which prevented the bags from being recycled 

• AirCap bubble remains a key feature of the new Mail Lite with one exciting change; the material will contain a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled content Mail Lite White and Gold product range - now more sustainable! 

*These products will be introduced item by item on a rolling change basis starting from 1st September 2019. As a result of these transformative changes, the product is now designed for recycling with the outer and inner both being recyclable. The first of its kind in the UK! What’s more: 

• it uses FSC® certified paper from responsible forestry 

• environmentally friendly without compromising performance 

• instructions are clearly printed on the back of each Mail Lite bag demonstrating how to separate the paper from the bubble
