Return / Refund


  • You have the right to return the item for whatever reason within 14  calendar days from the day after the item is received.
  • You have to contact us via ebay messaging system to inform us about  your return decision and return the item within the 14 calendar days  time frame in the same condition in which the item arrived.
  • Who pays the return postage?
    -  The seller pays  the return postage if the item does not match the description or the  item arrives faulty.
    - The buyer pays the  return postage if the item arrived as described but the buyer  changed his mind; or the buyer bought the wrong item; or the buyer  wanted to cancel the order.
  • In most of the time, we will provide hassle free replacement. So,  please contact us when you have problem with the transaction.

  • Delivery Address:

  • Product Warranty:
    - Unless stated otherwise, all products have 1 month warranty.  The warranty only covers manufacturing defect and does not cover fault  or damage arising from the usage of the item.

  • Postage and Packaging:
    - Unless otherwise stated on eBay system, all items will be sent out on the next working day. We do not offer same day dispatch.
    - Unless you select and pay for traceable service, the item will be sent by standard post without tracking number.
    - For UK buyer, please select recorded postage or special delivery.
    - For International buyer, please select International Signed For service.
  • Lost items:
    - In the event that the item has gone lost in the post, you are entitled for full refund or new replacement to be sent out.
    - For UK buyer, item is considered lost after 15 days from date of posting.
    - For International buyer, item is considered lost after 25 days from date of posting.
