Rare Brass and Glass portable Surverying Aneroid Compensated. Outer bezel moves smoothly when crown is turned.

Glass case front pulls off. Minor nick to glass fronts edge.

There is a barely visibly inscription on the back of case that appears to read 15 August 1886 but I cant be sure I'm reading it right as its very difficult to make out.

Solid, weighing 9 3/4 oz and measuring 3".
