The Story...

The New Balance 997.5 is the latest update of the classic numbered silhouette from New Balance. Originally part of the fabled 99X series, the 997.5 updates the original with REVlite technology for lightweight comfort. Constructed of a smooth suede, nubuck, mesh & leather upper with perforations and TPU detailing, the model sports subtle contrast and tonal blends that highlight the midsole. With a poly-suede sock-liner for comfort, the 997.5 features a REVlite updated bi-density foam speckled midsole and heel counter borrowed from the 998, and translucent rubber tread completing this piece of vintage footwear.
