This is a solid shampoo bar created with amla which has been used for hair care by the ancient traditional indian medicine Ayurveda for centuries. Amla is known as the "Indian gooseberry". It is rich in nutrients and vitamins promoting hair growth and a healthier  scalp and hair. Amla is also good at fighting dandruff and scalp irritation.

The amla powder has been infused in olive oil for 2 weeks prior to the making of the shampoo. This oil is the base for this product. Neem oil and avocado oil have been added. The coconut milk provides extra nourishment and is also widely used in ayurvedic skin and hair care. The product has a sweet and fruity scent.

Just lather up between your hands and use like a shampoo. You can leave the shampoo on your hair for a few minutes to get the full effect of the treatment. You can use a conditioner after but to stay natural just rinse with a little diluted vinegar.

Our products are all 100% natural and handmade in small batches. Shapes, colour, scent, size and appearance can vary slightly between batches as it is in the nature of this product. As they are all-natural scents they might not be as strong or develop when in use. Please keep your soap dry when you are not using it as this will allow the bar to last longer. All our products are handmade from scratch in our workshop in London. We work with only very pure and skin beneficial oils and butters, combine them with fresh ingredients and use traditional methods to make our soaps, liquid soaps and other products. They come nicely presented and will make a great present for others or yourself.
