Nice looking compact portable typewriter.   No ribbon but all keys verified to strike and retract solid.  space and back space work.  Only issues observed is no ribbon and one spike for the black ribbon cover is broken off.  Carriage lock is set.  To type there is a small silver lever on the right side near the bottom that need to be switched.  I verified it locks and unlocks properly.
