Golden Portulak

Latin name: Portulaca oleracea 

The plants become about 20-25 cm (7.9-9.8 in) high. 

Its leaves are vegetables and lettuce. 

Sowing approximately every 3-4 weeks ensure fresh leaves. 

The green and yellow-leaved garden forms have developed many times larger and more fleshy and are easier to harvest. 

They are thick, fleshy and rich in vitamin C. Its leaves are fit to every salad.
