We accept PayPal only Credit card (Visa & MasterCard) payment can be accepted only through PayPal (You don't need a PayPal account) Other payment methods (Bank transfer, Cheque, etc.) are NOT accepted.

Immediate payment is required for all items.

We will normally dispatch your order the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 pm in the week days (Monday - Friday) in most cases if not the order will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

All our items are dispatched via third party software and at times you may receive your dispatch email, before the item has been physically collected by Post Office or Courier.

Tracking numbers should be active after 24-48 hours after the email has been send. We post all our items with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, it should take 1-4 days for your items to arrive, please wait for at-least 5 days to contact us regarding a delivery update as it can take up to 5 days for your item to arrive if there are delays in the delivery network.

No quibble Returns Procedure... We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and returns are accepted within the first 30 days if the item is in unused condition. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition it must be reported within 2 working days from the delivery day.

You will be asked to return the item or provide evidence that the item is damaged or defected. Replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Buyer will have to pay restocking fee and postage fee for items returned to us unless they are defective or damaged.

Please contact us through eBay messaging system before sending the item back to us, and all returns will need to have a note attached explaining the reason of return/replacement request along with buyer's eBay ID. All items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage, failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns. Labour costs are not covered in any circumstances.
