This is a Ergotron LX Dual Desk Mount. This is model number 28-512-195. This has been discontinued by the manufacturer and was replaced with model number 45-248-026. This includes one clamping desk mount, two arms, one 75mm vesa mount with a 100mm VESA adapter and one notebook holder. Everything pictured included.

This is used and in good condition. There are some scratches on the arms and mount from use. See pictures for more details.
