Shipping

Usually ships the next day. Shipping includes free tracking. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii but there will be an surcharge. We do not ship on weekends, reserved days, and holidays. Only Monday to Friday 

International shipping is available only through ebay's global shipping program.

Customs Duties & Taxes 

We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees & the like for our international customers that your country/government imposes on you/for your order. 

Returns

Returns are accepted in 14 days when you receive your item. that is why tracking is included so you know when to expect your item. 

Buyer pays all shipping costs(shipping+return shipping) and a 20% restocking fee because of ebay's fees sorry about that. 

Must be in new condition. No exceptions. All returns are subject to inspection.  All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns if the returned parts are damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons & buyer must pay for return shipping if the item is not accepted for a return because buyer didn't follow the guidelines specified for returns.
