The carbon fibre brushes clean your records as they play, and the grounding wire dissipates static charges, eliminating pops and crackles. Keeping your records clean and in tip top condition also helps to reduce wear and tear on your stylus - The less dust and dirt it has to track through, the longer it will last. The arm is of a sturdy metal construction to ensure it will last for years to come. The kit is supplied with easy to use instructions as well as a sliding adjustable weight so you can setup the arm to your turntables individual requirements. Please note that the arm must be kept level, so elavated platters may require a small stand to raise the cleaning arm.
All DVDs and Blu-Ray are UK Region B/2 (PAL) unless otherwise stated. PAL copies will only play in PAL regions - UK, Europe and Australia. Please check the chart to see if the DVD you

Grading
MINT/NEW: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or
poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or
creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light
scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from
folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Karaoke DVD+G
Our range of Karaoke DVDs contain professional studio recreations. They are not original artist recordings. All the Karaoke DVDs we sell are Region Free / Multi-Region. They will play
on ANY DVD Player worldwide. You will need a player with a microphone input if you want to sing along via your TV / Entertainment systems speaker.
Karaoke CD+G
Our range of Karaoke CD+G's are professional studio versions of songs. They are not original artist recordings. You will need a CD+Graphics compatible player to view on-screen lyrics.
This CD+G works on all CD+G compatible players. Normal CD players will only play audio backing tracks.
Karaoke MP3
Our range of Karaoke MP3s Discs are for use in a PC or Laptop Based karaoke system. They are not designed for use with a Karaoke DVD Player. The tracks have been encoded at 192kbps.
Each disc has track listings in Excel and PDF format. Please note - Supplied in a card wallet, not a jewel case.

Item has not arrived
We aim to post all of our items within 1 working day of payment being made. Once despatch has been made, standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days for UK orders and 5-7 working days
for International orders. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed unless you select Expedited delivery and are subject to postal delays. Please allow 10 working days before emailing us for a
delivery update on Standard delivery orders. Refunds and replacements will only be issued 15 working days after the postage date, due to Royal Mail's postal loss

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders! International Delivery is offered on most items. If no price is displayed, then please contact us for a custom quote. We use Royal Mail
Airmail on small items, and various international couriers on larger items. We also a range of postage upgrades, should you require a tracking number or expedited delivery.
Item is faulty
If you suspect the item you have received is faulty, then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We require all faulty items to be returned to us to be tested before
a refund is made.
Item is damaged
We pack all of our items very carefully. However, occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, then please contact us for a refund or replacement as soon as
possible.
Item is unwanted
You can return items up to 14 days after they are delivered to you. They must be returned in the condition they were sent in. Any sealed items which have been opened will be deemed to be
used and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
