This XTS1500 is in good working condition. The radio is used but in good condition. It shows some signs of wear. The radio has been fully tested for both transmit and receive. This radio does not have any Advanced System Keys installed either! All you need is the newest ASTRO-25 software and the programming cable to program it yourself!
