If product is found to be damaged or faulty (including missing parts) we will replace the parts.
If a refund is required - buyer is liable for arranging return postage and postage costs (in cases where free p+p is offered the buyer will be liable for the actual postage cost)
All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of goods (outside of this period we do not accept returns).
All returned items must be packed in original packaging and significantly packed for return post. Buyer pays return postage plus 5£ relisting fee.
Shipping Information
Order and pay for your Cabin bed and the delivery will be between 2 - 3 working days by Royal Mail .
We cannot send out without a phone number please include one with order.
Delivery will be attempted twice after this time a card will be left, buyer is responsible for contacting courier company to arrange redelivery/collection from depot.
For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any other location , please inquire for delivery charges. However delivery charge may be a small amount to cover the extra charge by courier
