The coins have come from Royal Mint annual coin sets, thus are uncirculated however the coins may have minor marks or other minor imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process or some slight toning or discoloration.

Over time toning occurs naturally on coins, this happens when oxygen and chemicals in the air act on the metal.
