Return Policy
First and foremost, if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this return policy, you should not bid/buy my item(s)!
- All returned products must contain the original Manufacturer's Labels. Products without such labels will not be accepted for returns.
- Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee of the original cost will be charged on accepted returns on the basis of Incompatibility/No Longer Needed returned by Customer within 30 days of Customer's receipt of shipment.
- Customer must include Complete Accessories, manuals, and the original packaging in resealable conditions for accepted returns.
- Seller will not accept returns after Customer's receipt of shipment for more than 30 days.
- Seller will not accept returns on the basis of product not meeting Customer's expectation beyond the stated performance of the product.
- Seller will not be responsible for shipping damages on returned products.
- Seller will not accept or be held responsible for any returned products which have been subjected to improper handling/ shipping as a result of Customer's Abuse, Negligence,Unauthorized repair and/or installation, or any Customer Induced Damage (knowingly or not) such as:
- Bent/Broken Socket Pins
- Damaged PCB, Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors, or Small Passive Components
- Burned or Missing Components
RMA Policy
- Seller's Warranty on RMA return will be voided for Customer's:
- Improper handling/packaging/shipping
- Alteration to the products in any way without Seller's prior written consent
- Physical Damage as stated in the Return Policy
- Replacement RMA will be shipped to Customer by USPS Ground unless otherwise agreed and arranged.
- Customer will pay Custom duties & Fees for returning RMA to Seller.
- If the Defect(s)/Problem(s) identified by Customer on the RMA request form are not found, NO REPLACEMENT PRODUCT(S) will be issued by Seller, and CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING, CUSTOM DUTIES & FEES for Seller to return the original product(s) to Customer.
- Customer is Responsible to check and verify products returned/ replaced for RMA by Seller and notify the Seller of discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt. After this 48-hour period, Seller will no longer accept further RMA return.
Shipping
- Ordered item(s) usually ship the same or next business day via USPS. If you need a different or faster service, please contact me via messages before you buy an item.
- Seller will only ship your item(s) to the shipping address supplied with your PayPal payment. No exceptions!
- International package delivery services are provided by the Global Shipping Program.
- Motherboards are Double-Boxed with appropriate padding to protect them in transit.
- For returns, Customer is responsible:
- For lost, damaged, or broken items while the product(s) are in transit. Therefore, Customer may want to consider purchasing insurance on return packages.
- To file a damage/loss report with the selected shipper and follow through this claim until it is finalized (45-60 days or longer for a damage/loss refund).
