Before listing a phone we test all features to ensure they are fully working. We also grade the phones depending on their cosmetic condition. All phones will be fully working regardless of the grade. Here is a full description of each grade:
Grade A - Perfect condition, looks basically new.
Grade B - Great condition, perfect screen, only minor wear and tear elsewhere.
Grade C+ - Good condition, may have very slight marks on screen, and some wear and tear elsewhere.
Grade C - Average condition, will have signs of wear and tear such as scratches and scuffs. No serious damage.
Grade D - Heavy wear and tear, could include deep scratches or scuffs. Still fully functional. Will not have any major structural damage and screen will not be cracked.

FREE - Royal Mail First Class Recorded - This will arrive in 1-2 days (90% come next day).
£4.99 - Royal Mail Special Delivery - This is guaranteed to arrive before 1PM on the next working day.
Delivery to EU
£8.99 – Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – This should arrive in 5-7 working days.
£34.95 – ParcelForce Express – This will arrive in 1-3 working days.

Your order will be posted the same day if it is placed before 3PM (Monday-Friday). All orders are securely packed, if an item arrives and has been damaged in transit please do not open it and contact us immediately. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Please note: We will always dispatch orders on time. Unfortunately on rare occasions there can be delays with the courier which are outside of our control. If an item is ever lost you will always be refunded, but please be aware we will not consider an item lost until the following time periods have elapsed:
UK – 10 working days.
International – 21 working days.
We offer a no quibble 31 day returns period. If you would like to return an item within this period just contact us and we will guide you through the process.
IMPORTANT INFO
- Please wipe all data from the phone before returning. Any passwords, PINs, iCloud or Google accounts must be removed, we will not process the return if we receive a locked phone.
- We will not process returns outside of the returns period under any circumstances.
- Return costs must be covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we will provide a returns label or refund your postage expense.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
