• All items, unless they are BNWT, will be washed prior to being sent to you.
• Now that I am also accepting items from consignors I cannot guarantee the items have come from a pet/smoke free home. However please know that my office, photography studio, home and myself included is completely smoke free. I will, as stated above wash all items, unless NWT, prior to shipping. This may cause a day delay in shipping although generally I ship within 24 hours. So IF you feel your item has an odor please feel free to contact me. I'm easy to talk to. I work very hard on my listings and my perfect feedback is so important to me. With that being said, I have included this disclaimer so you are knowledgeable about this and therefore negative feedback and/or comments regarding this would be unjustified and will be appealed to eBay. Of course not all my items are from consignors. Some are from major retailers I'm working with and some pieces are from my personal collection as well.
• SHIPPING ~ cost may very depending on the item(s) being purchased. If purchasing multiple items with shipping costs I will reimburse shipping overages. I do NOT try to make money off of shipping because I feel that's lame and just wrong. Shipping cost is strictly for shipping and handling. Nothing more.
• Payment ~ must be made within 2 days. I understand things come up, so if you need more time please communicate with me. I'm a very reasonable, understanding person and am happy to work with you to make this a pleasant experience for both you and I. If I have not received a payment after 2 days and have not heard from you I will open an unpaid item case. I DO NOT want to have to do this, so please communicate with me.
