Please pay within 3 days of purchasing this item.

All items are dispatched within 48 hours wherever possible after payment is received (excluding bank holidays)

I always obtain proof of posting for all parcels dispatched, which are automatically insured to the value of £20 by Royal Mail or Hermes Courier. Once items have been dispatched they are in the hands of Royal Mail or Hermes Courier and I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Proof of postage will be forwarded if required to claim from post office or Hermes Courier for lost or damaged items.
