The reason if it covers full screen then phone cover push back the glass and touch screen would not work properly hence 1-2 mm space for phone cover. If you are not expecting this please do not order otherwise no refund will be issue later on.

Please put the cover on your phone screen before removing the protective film from the glass to check the glass fitting. if you remove the protective film and the ask for return due to fitting no return will be accepted
