AVANTI brand horizontal carry suede leather shoulder holster with suede leather straps and double mag pouch with tiedown strap.
Unsure of the exact model that it fits because it is unmarked, appears to fit a small automatic.
Very well made black - right handed holster.
Looks very similar to the "Jack Ass" style shoulder rig worn by Don Johnson in the television show "Miami Vice".
