Latin name: Lactuca sativa cv. Lollo rosso

Lollo Rosso is a very popular Italian salad variety.
Its ruffled leaves are bright red and have a mild taste.
The semicircular heads formed by loose leaves without forming a heart.

Ripening time: about 45-50 days

When harvesting, do not remove the whole plant, but only harvest the ripe leaves that you want to use.
Allow the leaves to stand at least 2 cm (0.7 in), so they can grow them again.
