Tracking information will be provided with all purchases within the United States of America.



Outside the U.S.

Ebay Global Shipping Program will handle most of our International orders. This way,  you will know all the shipping costs of your order until it is delivered to your doorstep.



Orders that are not through Ebay Global Shipping Program, do not include customs fees or duties. They do not include tracking numbers either, unless you choose International Express Mail.

Returns


If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear, intimate bottoms, health, beauty, fragrance items and perishables). 



Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags and packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke, the item will be mailed back to you. 



When we receive your package we will process the return within 2 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box. Note: We provide very good item description,  measurements and photos to help you determine the product you are getting is the right one for you.
