Why do I get ingrown hairs and razor bumps?
Hair removal is really the major cause of ingrown hairs. The problem starts when hair is removed below the skin's surface. When these hairs begin to regrow they can curl up inside the hair follicle. The hair doubles over on itself making it difficult for it to exit the surface. As the hair continues to grow inside the follicle your skin tries to fight it. This results in a red, ugly bump on the surface of the skin.
Razor bumps are more common with curlier hair. When the hair begins to grow back it bends and twists under the skin finding it difficult to penetrate the skins surface properly.

Directions –
Prevention of Ingrown Hairs: Use several days prior to waxing, shaving, epilating or electrolysis. Lightly moisten a cotton pad with Ingrow Go lotion and apply directly to the target area to ensure beautiful smooth results. For more sensitive skin, rinse off within 15 minutes.
Treatment of Ingrown Hairs: For single ingrown hairs, moisten a cotton bud and apply to affected area. If treating larger areas such as the face, neck or bikini line, lightly moisten a cotton pad with Ingrow Go lotion and apply directly to the affected area. For more sensitive skin, rinse off within 15 minutes.
Cautions:
Do not use directly before or after waxing, shaving, epilating or electrolysis. If using before or after these procedures, leave at least 24 hours. Avoid eyes, mouth, damaged or sunburnt skin, perianal and genital areas. Wash hands after use. Do not use this product if you are sensitive to aspirin. Keep out of reach of children.
