These beautiful hand-forged hinges are traditionally made and an authentic complement for period homes, barn conversions, cottages and restoration projects.

6" (15cm): Length: 152mm (6") including the butt. Hinge arm length is 130mm (5"). The butt is 100mm (4") by 16mm (⅔"). The knuckle measures 43mm (1⅔") by 11mm (½")
9" (23cm): Length is 230mm (9") including the butt. Hinge arm is 195mm (7½"). The butt is 115mm (4½") by 29mm (1¼"). The knuckle measures 46mm (1¾") by 17mm (¾")
12" (30cm): Length is 305mm (12") including the butt. Hinge arm is 270mm (10½"). The butt is 115mm (4½") by 29mm (1¼"). The knuckle measures 46mm (1¾") by 18mm (¾")

The hinge arms rotate through 270 degrees so the butt can be fixed to the inside of the jamb if desired. These hinges are hand made and so dimensions can vary slightly
As a rule of thumb, hinges should measure half to two thirds of the door width.
Hand finished to a high quality and forge-blackened with a beeswax finish.

Care of your Wrought Iron Tee Hinges
These hinges have a wax finish which protects the metal and provides a matte finish that can be buffed to a soft sheen. To look after your hinges just give them a rub with a soft lint-free cloth to revive the sheen. If required, you can add extra beeswax such as a good quality beeswax for furniture.
