Our exceptional feedback shows our customers are always delighted. If you are not 100% happy, you can email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will do our best to help. We do our utmost to describe items accurately, providing precise measurements and comments on their condition. However we can only provide a refund if the item is not as described.

Payment is required within 3 days of the auction end – unless otherwise notified.

We accept PayPal, postal orders and personal cheques. Outside the UK, PayPal only please.

We ship worldwide, usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. All clothing will be tissue wrapped before dispatch and all items will be sent via recorded or special delivery. We always obtain proof of posting. We are happy to combine postage if more than one item is bought. We do not seek to make profit on postage and regularly refund any overestimates via PayPal.
