Brand New Viair 400C "Stealth Black" Compressor Cylinder Wall replacement/rebuild kit. Viair P/N RK087. This is a direct replacement Cylinder wall for 400C (40048 P/N) Compressors. Sold Each.

Note: This Cylinder wall will come only with two gaskets, top side and the one on bottom side. This cylinder wall will not come with any bolts or screws. Use the same bolts with the head assembly.

Items Included:

• 1 (One) Viair 400C Stealth Black Replacement Cylinder wall kit with 2 Gaskets.
• Does not come with any bolts or screws.

Basic Instructions For Assembly:

• Remove head with 4 screws from the compressor. Clean the upper reed valve assembly inside the head (if needed) otherwise leave the head assembly as it is, make sure to place the upper reed valve square plate assembly same way and direction you took it out.
• Remove cylinder wall very carefully from the piston compression ring(seal) side. Make sure that the piston ring(seal) does not get damaged.
• This cylinder wall will go on an angle on the piston by carefully rotating it clock-wise or counter clock-wise, pushing down with minimum force. **** Make sure piston ring (seal) does not get a nick or folds backwards while pushing the cylinder wall down*** *** cylinder wall will never go straight on to piston as both are almost same dimension*** Do not use any oil while assembling it***
